Dalfarras Wines
Alister Purbrick, Tahbilk winemaker & CEO and his artist wife, Rosa, combined their talents to launch the Dalfarras label in 1991. With its home now in the Tahbilk Wetlands Cafe, visitors to the Dalfarras Tasting Bar can enjoy Alister's unique and exclusive varietal blends along with Rosa's original artworks reproduced on the labels and displayed on the Cafe walls. Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm, Weekends & Public Holidays 10am to 4.30pm. Closed Christmas Day.
